Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact The Set Auto Detailing as soon as possible by call or text at 407-536-3222.

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time can be moved at no extra charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to appear (no-show), may result in lost priority for future bookings.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed unless other arrangements are agreed to in advance.

Completed and Partially Completed Services

Once work has begun, any refund request will take into account the labor, products, travel, and portion of the service already performed. Services that have been substantially completed are generally not eligible for a full refund except where required by law or where The Set Auto Detailing determines a refund is appropriate.

Service Concerns and Rework

If an agreed service area was missed or not completed as described, contact us promptly. When appropriate, we may first offer a reasonable touch-up or rework of the affected area before considering a refund.

Weather, Access, and Unsafe Conditions

Mobile appointments may need to be delayed or rescheduled because of unsafe weather, lightning, flooding, unsafe traffic conditions, restricted property access, inadequate work space, or other conditions that prevent the work from being performed safely or properly. If The Set Auto Detailing needs to reschedule for these reasons, we will work with the customer to arrange another available time at no penalty.

Refused or Discontinued Service

We may refuse or stop service when a vehicle contains undisclosed biohazards, dangerous contamination, needles or sharp objects, active pest infestation, threatening conduct, or another condition that creates an unreasonable health or safety risk. Any amount owed or refunded will be determined based on the work and costs already incurred and the terms disclosed for the booking.
